We offer a wide range of sessions for adults and young people catering for a mixture of abilities, needs and support.
Sessions are available mornings, afternoons and evenings and if you attend a day service you are welcome to come along with you support worker.
Many of our sessions are FREE to attend due to funding we have received or we may ask for small contributions.
We believe that enjoying sport and exercise is a simple right for anyone.
The work we do is often funded through grants and public funding, but we'd love to be much more self sufficient. If you might consider sponsoring us for one off or regular donations, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
