We offer a wide range of sessions for adults and young people catering for a mixture of abilities, needs and support.
Sessions are available mornings, afternoons and evenings and if you attend a day service you are welcome to come along with you support worker.
Many of our sessions are FREE to attend due to funding we have received or we may ask for small contributions.
A tennis session for adults with limited mobility. The coaches will facilitate a range of tennis drills with the aim of improving tennis skills and offering the adults the chance to meet new people and socialise with friends. Wheelchairs available if required.

Energize is sport and social club for adults with learning disabilities to be active and have fun with friends.
Energize club allows the participants to choose their choice of activities delivered in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
